I graduated with a masters degree from The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco in 2006.  My clinical training was completed at one of the top Chinese medical schools known for its rigorous herbal program as well as instruction from some of the greatest experts in the field. I focused my studies on women’s health, psycho-emotional issues, digestive imbalances and musculoskeletal pain.

I have continued to study with a wide variety of teachers over the years. In 2012 I completed a two year medical qi gong teacher training with Suzanne Friedman.  In 2014, I did a one year scalp acupuncture program with the esteemed Dr Ming Qing Zhu. In 2016 I finished an intensive year long program in functional medicine with the Kresser Institute.

I rely on my diverse knowledge as well as deep listening and intuition to discover both the root cause and treatment of dis-ease.  This personalized approach is a skill I have honed over more than 15 years in practice helping thousands of people with a diverse range of health issues.

In my spare time, I get my hands dirty in the garden, seek out jaw dropping culinary experiences and chase my spirited children in the wilds of Sonoma County.
